ABOUT THE BETH EVANS TEAM

Beth:

I have taken my education, experience and love of the Coastal Delaware & Maryland area to help clients invest in properties. I was reared and educated in Texas, however, I am a 10th generation member of the Evans family of Bethany Beach. Each town from Berlin to Lewes has its own personality, so it is easy to fit the buyer with the property all you need is someone like me with experience and knowledge.

Whether you love the beach, boating, fishing, crabbing, antiquing, sailing, paddle boarding, surfing or just want to enjoy all our wonderful restaurants, I will find your dream property in a perfect location. Where we live is a way of life, come and enjoy it!

Catherine:

Rick:

So, I grew up in Philadelphia, but moved to Ocean View at age 11 with my Dad. Once I got the sand in my shoes, I never wanted to leave, although I do LOVE all Philadelphia sports teams, especially the Iggles ! We raised our three kids here, all beach kids, and I love the beach area. After almost 40 years in Law enforcement or Law enforcement related occupations, I decided it was time for a change. I met Beth many years ago, when my daughter was 6, and we coached soccer together for several seasons. Beth and I talked about a career change, and here I am!! I know the area quite well, and look forward to helping you find the property you are searching for.
